Upon arrival at SNA, a quick call was answered courteously and efficiently and my group of 3 was picked up at the free shuttle area within minutes. The paperwork process took 5 minutes to sign (I had previously reserved and paid online) and the experience was smooth and stress free...

Smooth service from beginning to end! I didn't have a car reservation so I just went to the front of the line and asked for the smallest & least expensive car. He made. Couple of phone calls and before I knew it, a shuttle with a very nice driver picked me up and took me about 6 minutes offsite. The transaction was painless! When I was returning home, I dropped my key off and the shuttled me to the airport...
Found this place using Expedia during my rental car search. They are located behind John Wayne airport, so one would need to call to be picked up and driven to get the rental car, but aside from that, they are fantastic! No long waits (which is HIGHLY unusual for a rental car shop based on my past experience), great customer service, and very competitive prices. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Stop-N-Go. Everything was so easy. As soon as we got our luggage, I called for their shuttle which arrived within minutes. They are located less than a mile away from SNA, John Wayne airport. The owner was very personable and friendly. Our rental car was clean. And their prices were great! I look forward to using Stop-N-Go the next time I visit home.
By far the best car rental experience I have ever had! Alex was amazing and worked with me every step of the way! I have been renting from him for over 2 months and it's been an absolute delight! So I absolutely recommend renting from him! I rented 2 different cars from him and both of them were great the Toyota Corolla hybrid was a life saver with the amazing gas plus how nice and new it is! Just all around great experience!
I rented a car from Alex at Drive Klassi for almost 2 months. It's the first time I have rented a car for that long in my local area, and I requested a compact hybrid car. Alex was flexible, got me a great car with excellent mileage, and worked with me when I needed to extend the rental period several times. I had sold my car & it was more difficult to deal with my auto insurance company to get short term insurance. Alex took care of everything for me and I plan to rent a car again for a week or so until I buy a new car. I have already encouraged my car insurance company to work with Alex and will keep sharing his info. with local businesses and friends. He really wants each customer to have the best arrangement with a rental car and goes the extra mile to make things work for them.
